When can I access the Click2Quit Stop Smoking Plan?

Only registered users can access the Click2Quit website. Have you enrolled in the programme? If not, you can enrol here. The programme is available free of charge.

I can't seem to manage to complete the enrolment process.

Please be sure to enter all your details correctly. And don't forget to give us your consent for processing your information. The user name can consist of any combination of letters, numbers and underlining, but cannot contain any spaces. The password must be at least 6 characters long and cannot be the same as the user name. If this information is not entered correctly you will not be able to log on.

Do I need to activate cookies before I can take part in the Click2Quit Stop Smoking Plan?

Yes, you will need to activate cookies to access this website.

I have not received an e-mail message informing me that my Click2Quit Stop Smoking Plan is ready.

Within 24 hours of sending your answers you should receive an e-mail message informing you that your Click2Quit Stop Smoking Plan is ready to be retrieved. The message subject is "Your Click2Quit Stop Smoking Plan is ready". However, some Internet service providers take longer to deliver e-mails. Please allow 48 hours to receive your confirmation e-mail.

If you still have not received a message after 48 hours it may be that you have entered an incorrect e-mail address.

You can check this, and if necessary correct it, on the Update e-mail address page. Once the e-mail address has been corrected and the new address confirmed, we will send the message "Your Click2Quit Stop Smoking Plan is ready" to the amended e-mail address to allow you to start the programme.

I have forgotten my user name.

Get your user name.

I have forgotten my password.

Get your password reminder.

I have forgotten my password and the password reminder does not help.

In this case you must set up a new password.

I have enrolled and received an e-mail message informing me that my Plan is ready, but now the computer won't accept my log-on data.

Please make sure that you have entered your user name and password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive, so the Caps Lock key must be correctly set.
