HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to receive movie tickets, individuals must purchase a Nicabate product from the lozenge or gum range from a pharmacy during the promotional period, fill out their details on the back of entry leaflet, attach Nicabate product barcode(s) and send to:

Nicabate Movies, Locked Bag 7000, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089.

Or to go into the major prize draw go online to www.nicabate.com.au and register for the click2quit program. Fill out their Click2quit username on back of entry leaflet and send  to the address above. Any consumer who registers with click2quit (a free quit smoking support program) prior to claiming their movie tickets, and submits the username issued on registration, will be automatically entered into the major prize draw.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you enter this promotion; “Purchase Nicabate to get your free movie pass”, you are treated as having agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over.  Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this offer are ineligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry or claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete, or indecipherable entries and claims will be deemed invalid.

Entrants must retain their store receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the store receipt(s) for entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize or offer.

To redeem a movie ticket, purchase the appropriate number of Nicabate product as outlined below from the lozenge and gum range from a participating pharmacy during the Promotional Period.

Each standard movie ticket is valued at RRP $15. Each Gold Class ticket is valued at RRP $37. The movie tickets will be valid for use in participating Greater Union, Village and Birch Carroll & Coyle cinemas across Australia for a period of 12 months from the start date of the promotion. The movie tickets are Adult Screensaver tickets and are not valid on Saturdays after 5pm.

The first valid entry drawn in the major prize draw will win a Gold Class package consisting of 10 Gold Class tickets RRP $370 and a 10 food and beverage vouchers valued at RRP $30 each. Major prize value RRP $670. The movie tickets will be valid for use of participating Greater Union, Village and Birch Carroll & Coyle cinemas across Australia for a period of 12 months from the start date of the promotion.

The major prize draw will take place at EST 3pm 01/09/08 at Level 2, 50 Yeo Street Neutral Bay, NSW 2089. The winners name will be published in The Australian 04/09/08 and will be contact via phone and mail.

Tickets are not redeemable for cash.

Allow 28 days for delivery of tickets.

The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 01/12/08 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). The winners name will be published in The Australian 04/12/08.

If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to the equal value and/or specification

GlaxoSmithKline may change, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions or any Specific Terms and Conditions at any time (subject to any requirements of the various gaming regulators).  You agree that you will be bound by any change to these Terms and Conditions, and any relevant Specific Terms and Conditions.

GlaxoSmithKline is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any changes to these Terms and Conditions or any Specific Terms and Conditions, or as a result of the termination of the promotion in accordance with this clause

GlaxoSmithKline shall not be liable, if, for any reason beyond GlaxoSmithKline’s control, this promotion is not capable of running as planned including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of GlaxoSmithKline which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, GlaxoSmithKline reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

GlaxoSmithKline is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to Members or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.

You are responsible to meet any costs associated with accessing the Website.
