Actively manage your cravings with Nicabate® Lozenges
Some quitters prefer to actively manage their nicotine cravings themselves using an oral lozenge as an alternative to patches.
Nicabate® Lozenges allow you to quickly tackle your toughest cravings when they happen. As they're taken orally, they're also a useful distraction from the habit of smoking a cigarette. They're easy to keep handy and are discreet to use.
There are two different strengths - 2mg and 4mg. The strength that you use is dependent on when you smoke your first cigarette of the day. If you usually smoke within 30 minutes of waking up, use Nicabate® 4mg Lozenges to help manage cravings. Alternatively, use Nicabate® 2mg Lozenges if you'd usually wait longer than 30 minutes after waking before you have your first cigarette.
During a 12-week programme, you should take one lozenge every one to two hours for the first 6 weeks, with a maximum of 15 a day to help you manage cravings. After six weeks you should step down to one lozenge every two to four hours. Then at week 10, you should be down to one lozenge every four to eight hours.
Nicabate Lozenges are simple to use, you just park one lozenge in your mouth and allow it to dissolve completely. From time to time, move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other. Be sure not to chew, suck the lozenge or swallow the lozenge whole.
